Role Overview
The Product Operations Specialist will own the operational foundation that enables the team to move quickly and confidently, driving regulatory and operational processes, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring our banking products operate smoothly and remain compliant.
What You Will Do
The role involves monitoring and evaluating Central Bank of Brazil requirements, coordinating regulatory submissions, running and validating monthly transaction uploads into Snowflake, managing ticket and inbox operations, and coordinating logistics and follow-ups for routine stakeholder meetings.

- Experience working with banking, payment systems, or similarly complex integration-based ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and comfort handling high volumes of partner-driven changes
- Ability to interpret external partner requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks
- Basic SQL skills and a process-improvement mindset
