Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Product Growth team within Run My Business turns new product launches into measurable merchant growth by connecting product strategy with go to market execution across SumUp’s portfolio. The role will help lead the charge by building and executing on a go to market playbook.

What You Will Do

Own positioning, narrative and messaging for Booking with a focus on the beauty industry, lead go to market readiness for every Booking and Local release, train and support frontline sales and operations teams, feed merchant, sales and support feedback into product roadmap discussions, and track feature adoption and activation after launch.

Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the confidence to work across global and local teams, track record of defining positioning, messaging frameworks and go to market plans in a product marketing or GTM role, experience feeding merchant, sales or support insight into product roadmap decisions, ability to coordinate launches across Product, Sales, Growth and Operations without a formal reporting line into those teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Track record of defining positioning, messaging frameworks and go to market plans in a product marketing or GTM role
• Experience feeding merchant, sales or support insight into product roadmap decisions
• Ability to coordinate launches across Product, Sales, Growth and Operations without a formal reporting line into those teams
• Comfort building a competitive view of positioning, pricing and segmentation across multiple markets, and using adoption and conversion data to prioritise effort
