Role Overview
The Vice President, Growth Marketing is responsible for driving growth strategies across the Sun Communities and Sun Outdoors brands through partnership with property and operations leaders.
What You Will Do
Sets the growth marketing strategy that drives measurable business outcomes across the property portfolio — occupancy, revenue, brand demand, and customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years in experience in marketing, growth marketing, account management, or related experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, marketing, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve business performance
- Ability to creatively solve problems and recommend effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools
- Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive results
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading marketing planning and resource allocation activities
- Agency, consulting, or client-facing marketing experience
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, or other multi-location business environments
