Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer – Incentive Compensation to own the end-to-end accuracy, automation, and continuous improvement of Sun King’s agent and staff incentive and commission systems.
What You Will Do
Translate complex incentive rules into reliable automated workflows, identify and resolve discrepancies proactively, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
