Role Overview
The Business Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across Canadian Operations and setting the standard for analytical excellence.

Requirements
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience with analytics technologies, including SQL or other data querying and manipulation languages, Tableau or other BI development tools, and statistical methods, software, and analysis
- Proven track record in UX-focused data visualizations and decision enablement tools
- Demonstrated experience evaluating data analyses and generating actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven history of distilling intricate concepts for non-technical stakeholders, including solid presentation skills and storytelling abilities
- Demonstrated ability to address complex business questions by sourcing, collecting, and synthesizing information from multiple sources
Benefits
- Base Pay range of $62,000-$93,000
