Role Overview
Serve as a primary finance and analytical partner to Branch, District, and field leadership, helping leaders understand financial performance, operational trends, and opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Do
Develop strong relationships with field partners, conduct financial and business performance reviews, analyze results, KPIs, pricing performance, and major variances to identify strengths, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Ideal candidate has strong foundation in financial statement analysis, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics, with ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Operations, or a related business discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Approximately 1–3+ years of financial, analytical, or related business experience
- Strong Excel skills with experience in SQL and Power BI highly preferred
