Role Overview
As a Network Analyst, you will be part of a multi-tiered support team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing Suncor’s private LTE (pLTE), Wi-Fi, and wired networks.
What You Will Do
Monitor network health and alarms, perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and service requests, administer and manage SIM cards, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Three+ years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices
- Experience with wireless technologies (pLTE, Wi-Fi), SIM management, and ServiceNow
- Experience in industrial or operational technology (OT) environments
- Knowledge of Nokia, Cisco, or Rajant network systems
