Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operation of Eleven & Mídias, responsible for connecting strategy, execution, technology, content, performance, and customer relationship.

Lead the marketing team, coordinate squads, plan and monitor digital and editorial campaigns, connect content strategies, manage marketing budgets, and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• Consistent experience in Marketing, including experience with team management, projects, or squads
• Experience with marketing in the financial market
• Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to Marketing
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI application to generate productivity, quality, scalability, and better decisions
• Familiarity with digital tools, automation, data, and new technologies
