Role Overview
The Sr. Manager Financial Operations leads the end-to-end transactional finance operations covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). This role integrates Cash Management/Treasury operations with AP and AR to deliver efficient, controlled, and technology-enabled processes.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing AP/AR supervisors and Cash Manager; creating cross-training and coverage plans; fostering a service-level mindset and continuous improvement culture; owning end-to-end AP and AR processing; and defining and maintaining standard operating procedures.
