Billing Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and reviewing sales orders, approving orders for warehouse/shipping teams, preparing and approving documents for engineers or marketing departments, and resolving billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or business management related, and at least four years of Order Management, Billing Operations experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or business management related.
• At least four years of Order Management, Billing Operations experience, and/or experience working in AR/Revenue Accounting.
• Fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.
• Detail oriented, proactive, independent and organized.
• Good working attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Good communication or project coaching with the related parties.
• Able to work under high pressure with deadlines, multi-tasks and face critical issues.
• Excellent PC skills, experience with SAP a plus.
