Role Overview
The CRM Analyst JR will attend and direct customer demands, monitor pending issues, and follow up on shipments and deliveries.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include preparing reports, following customer service and transportation indicators, and ensuring up-to-date information for customers and leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related areas
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in Logistics and customer relationships
- Knowledge in indicators and performance analysis
- Desirable experience in container operations, foreign trade notions, and Dry Port
