Role Overview
You’ll take responsibility for the operational and economic success of our shop, creating exceptional shopping experiences, optimizing processes, and continuously developing the shop.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inventory management, orders, and inventory, data-based control of the shop, team training, and creating new merchandise products.

Requirements
- Experience in retail or shop management in the surf or board area
- Experience in dealing with inventory management systems and controlling product ranges and stock levels
- A good understanding of business key figures and their use in operational business
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Joy in inspiring people, passing on knowledge, and supporting a team professionally
- An excellent service orientation and passion for exceptional customer experiences
- Very good knowledge of German and English
