Senior Financial Analyst – Sales Finance

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance will serve as the primary finance partner to sales leadership and Revenue Operations, owning the planning, forecasting, and performance analytics behind our go-to-market (GTM) engine.

What You Will Do

The role will involve serving as the primary finance business partner to sales leadership and Revenue Operations, delivering analytics, forecasting, and reporting that drive go-to-market performance, and building business cases and ROI analyses to evaluate and justify sales investments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, or revenue/sales operations, including at least 2 years directly supporting a sales or go-to-market organization, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, sales finance, or revenue/sales operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Demonstrated experience building driver-based revenue, pipeline, and sales capacity models
• Working knowledge of sales compensation design and commissions modeling
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, bookings, pipeline coverage, churn, etc.)
• Experience with Private Equity backed companies a plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or other data query/data management tools
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM, including building reports and dashboards
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite Financials or a similar ERP; familiarity with planning or incentive compensation tools a plus
