Requirements

  • Establish and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to develop a deep understanding of client goals and challenges
  • Take proactive ownership of professional development
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Partner with the SUSE ecosystem of partners
  • Collaborate on Account Plans with cross-functional teams
