Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our publishing and digital media portfolio.

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, develop and manage a robust pipeline of advertising and sponsorship revenue opportunities, and present compelling multi-platform media solutions.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising solutions and integrated marketing campaigns
- Confident presenting proposals and building trusted client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and business development capabilities
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven
