Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will help SWTCH scale and grow its business in Colorado by developing direct sales, channel, and technology partnerships. You will research prospective accounts, pursue leads, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve milestones. You will also maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.

What You Will Do

Research prospective accounts, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement. Understand target markets, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and maintain customer activity in the CRM platform.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer management
  • Experience in relevant industries such as real estate, transportation, or energy
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of and passion for clean energy and mobility sectors
