Role Overview

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

Execute the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and project profitability reports within established closing deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, OneStream, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• IFRS experience is a must
