Role Overview

As a Working Student Recruiting & People Ops, you will ensure that the right people are found and that people processes run smoothly. You will have the space to take on your own topics and a team that has your back.

What You Will Do

Coordinating hiring processes, maintaining the candidate pipeline, active sourcing, contributing to people ops processes, using AI to automate manual work, and bringing your own ideas on where processes get stuck.

Requirements

• Enrolled at university, e.g. in psychology, business, business informatics or a related field, with at least 12 months of studies remaining
• Quick learner: you understand tasks even with little context and ask targeted questions
• Problem solving: you break down unclear problems and come back with a proposed solution, not just questions
• Critical thinking: you question assumptions and the way things are done
• Initiative: you bring your own ideas and align them with us before you get started
• Confident use of AI tools you already rely on in your studies or everyday life
• Care and discretion when handling confidential data
