Senior Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (AI & Automation)

What You Will Do

As a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing AI and automation solutions in enterprise environments, designing and integrating complex systems, and leading teams in Agile delivery environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations, technical programs, or transformation initiatives
• Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams across locations and disciplines
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs
• Experience implementing Applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI/ML pipelines, Conversational AI platforms, and AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Experience measuring, optimizing, and scaling automation programs
• Deep expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, RESTful APIs, API design and governance, Event-driven architecture, Kafka and/or RabbitMQ, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, Kubernetes and Docker
• Proven success integrating complex enterprise applications and platforms
• Experience leading teams operating in Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and operational excellence
