Role Overview
Join Syndio in building a compensation intelligence platform to empower organizations to build smarter compensation strategies while ensuring fair pay for all employees. The GTM AI Builder will build internal products a revenue team actually runs on, using AI agents as their default tool.
What You Will Do
Build tools the revenue team adopts, including dashboards, data pipelines, ops apps, and sophisticated marketing tools. Build agents themselves, improve existing agents, and add new skills, integrations, and autonomous workflows with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

- n8n experience a plus
- Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable agentic tool as default
