Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to architect and deliver advanced solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves leading the design and development of complex customizations, integrations, and scalable applications that support critical business functions.

What You Will Do

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and troubleshoot operational issues.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, a solid understanding of Salesforce data security, and experience working within Agile environments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
• Experience architecting scalable solutions with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, and setting up CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
• Proven understanding of business requirement analysis, translating into technical specifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative customization options
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer I & II are preferred
