Role Overview
As an IT Data Analyst at Syneos Health, you will work with a team of passionate problem solvers to help customers achieve their goals. You will develop and optimize complex SQL queries, lead client engagements, and present complex findings.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, leading client engagements, and presenting complex findings. You will also work independently and collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts, ensuring business logic and data quality checks are implemented and functioning correctly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or ETL processes
- Must hold an Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) certification
- Databricks certifications are highly desirable
- Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting in production environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
