Role Overview

The Senior Workforce Data Analyst will deliver data-driven insights to inform talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

What You Will Do

The Senior Workforce Data Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Syneos HR data, workforce metrics, systems, and reporting structures. They will partner with HRBPs, COEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions and insights.

They will have advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Workday reporting, as well as experience working with SQL, Databricks, data warehouses, or enterprise data platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or related reporting and analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Workday reporting
• Experience working with SQL, Databricks, data warehouses, or enterprise data platforms
