Data Analyst (1-year fixed-term)

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data across Seeds Field Crops quality-testing activities. They will lead and deliver analytical projects at a global, regional, and country level.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will develop and maintain KPI dashboards, analyze quality-testing and project data, and develop predictive models to support test reduction and earlier operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related discipline
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Python or R skills are an advantage
• Understanding of basic statistical analysis and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets
• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable business recommendations and communicate analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with project-management principles and tools, such as Agile, PMI or equivalent
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
