We are seeking a Marketing Manager to achieve marketing goals for field crop seed business and lead digital marketing initiatives on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Achieve marketing goals for field crop seed business
- Provide marketing insight for new product development and new product evaluation
- Lead and manage annual cycle of HPC forums, 5YP discussion, NPL, etc…
- Collaborate with P&S and cross function to ensure product launching timeline
- Support implementation of annual and mid-term advertising and promotion program
- Monitor marketing budget of FC Seed
- Collaborate with sales and MD team in executing seasonal campaigns
- Train sales force on product and market knowledge
- Lead and execute all digital MKT initiatives on social media platform
- Provide support & training to help improve digital MKT understanding & ability among VN FC seed commercial team
