Role Overview

As a Data Scientist, you’ll transform data into actionable insights, develop advanced analytical solutions, and help shape the next generation of digital capabilities at Synthomer.

What You Will Do

Explore, prepare, and refine datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning, conduct exploratory data analysis, develop predictive and prescriptive models, and communicate insights through visualizations, presentations, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning
• Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Apache Spark
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex insights to business stakeholders
