Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Global FP&A supports the global finance organization by leading the execution of core FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and business performance insights.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting & planning execution, financial reporting & performance analysis, ownership of Vena FP&A, process improvement & standardization, team guidance & work review, and ad hoc analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical experience
• Strong proficiency with Vena FP&A or similar enterprise planning platforms
• Ability to translate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting requirements into scalable Vena templates, planning processes, and standardized reporting outputs
• Strong data management and governance skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder support skills
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership mindset, and ability to manage recurring planning cycles, competing priorities, and system enhancement roadmaps in a fast-paced environment
