Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing the business from scratch in the assigned market, leading commercial strategy, demand generation, customer and partner acquisition, and profitable growth of the operation.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include: leading the commercial growth and development strategy for the assigned country or region, being responsible for business results, including customer and partner acquisition, income and profitability, building and leading a local Business Development team from scratch, developing and managing strategic relationships with local and regional IBs, generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and strategic alliance development.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Business or related fields
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, Business Development or commercial leadership
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in CFD, FX, Forex, online trading, brokerage, prop trading, fintech trading platforms or directly related industries
• Experience in building and leading commercial teams, ideally from early stages
• Active and proven network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) in the local market and, preferably, at a regional level
• Experience in developing B2B businesses and strategic alliances
• Highly hunter profile
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability for international travel
