Financial Planning Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Planning Manager to drive strategic and financial decision-making in the business. This position will have high exposure to the company’s management and the investment fund.

What You Will Do

You will build, manage, and analyze dynamic financial models from scratch, lead the forecast, budget, scenario analysis, and deviations, projecting key variables such as portfolio, liquidity, funding, and financial cost.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Financial Planning / FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling for financial institutions or businesses
• Knowledge and experience in managing key financial variables: portfolio, funding, liquidity, financial cost, covenants, and profitability analysis
• Proven ability to build, manage, and analyze your own financial models
• Highly hands-on profile: passionate about detail, execution, and analysis, combined with business judgment and strategic vision
• Evidence of leadership, ability to structure and develop a team, and excellent executive communication with demanding stakeholders
• Experience in the Mexican market (desirable due to local financial and fiscal particularities)
• Residence in Mexico City with availability to work under a presential scheme
