Role Overview

The Principal Business Development Manager drives the identification and execution of transformative, enterprise-level partnerships that extend the company’s reach beyond traditional telecom markets. This role shapes strategic direction by collaborating with executive stakeholders and providing actionable insights that influence long-term business decisions.

What You Will Do

Originate, structure, and lead end-to-end execution of large-scale, highly complex, and often non-standard strategic partnerships that drive enterprise growth, competitive differentiation, and entry into new markets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will be located in either Seattle, Washington or Frisco, Texas areas, and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years of related work experience
  • More than 10 years progressive experience in business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience
  • Executive Negotiation: Expert-level negotiation skills
  • Financial Commercial Acumen: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to define and break down ambiguous, high-impact business challenges
  • Executive Communication Storytelling: Outstanding ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Influence Without Authority: Strong ability to align and mobilize cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and leverage senior-level relationships
