Role Overview

This role is essential for transforming business requirements into actionable data insights that support organizational decision-making processes. It involves analyzing complex data sets, managing data lifecycle activities, and producing reports to inform business strategies.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making processes, collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of related work experience
• Experience in data identification, querying, cleaning, wrangling, checking quality, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments on both on-prem and cloud
• Experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data
• Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations
• Experience working with relational databases using SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Experience with big data architecture and pipeline, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka is a plus
