Marketing Automation Manager

Role Overview

This maternity-cover position manages and improves marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, connecting marketing strategy, technology, client data, and sales engagement.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will combine hands-on Adobe Campaign delivery with audience management, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience
• Hands-on proficiency using Adobe Campaign or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform
• Experience delivering multi-market email campaigns, event communications, and automated nurture journeys
• Experience of Lead Management, sales signals, or marketing-to-sales integration, including Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
• Strong audience and database marketing capability, including segmentation, qualification, exclusions, consent, suppressions, and data quality
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn engagement data into practical recommendations and actionable sales information
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages, enterprise MarTech platforms, and reporting or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, and Compliance in a high-volume environment
