Role Overview

We are looking for a curious talent to assume technical responsibility and management of tasks and activities for the provision of services by T Cloud Public to customers. The role involves strategic influence, customer advice, and proactive analysis to avoid ‘churn’.

You will assume technical responsibility and management of tasks and activities for the provision of services by T Cloud Public to customers. This includes strategic influence, comprehensive advice to customers, active participation in the vertical squad, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education
• Top knowledge and experience in the areas of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development
• Certifications required: OTC Practitioner certification or comparable AMIGO Hyperscaler certification & Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps or comparable certification
• Certifications recommended for the position: DevOps Foundation & OTC Architect
• Top knowledge and experience in the field of AI
• Strong communication and presentation skills with correct and confident behavior in customer contacts to ensure our service promise
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
