Role Overview
The Product Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to support the delivery of Australian Open build projects. The role will involve managing procurement processes, purchase orders, contract administration, invoicing, and budget tracking. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, production plans, and operational resources.
What You Will Do
The Product Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating site logistics, deliveries, access requirements, and supplier activities during bump-in, tournament, and bump-out periods. The role will also involve supporting on-site operations and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
