FP&A Manager

Role Overview

We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to help turn our financial data into better business decisions. You’ll own our forecasting and planning processes, build models that help leadership understand where the business is going, and connect financial performance to the underlying drivers of the business.

What You Will Do

Own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Build and maintain financial models that connect revenue, expenses, transaction volume, customers, rewards to unit economics and other business metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational activity flows through to financial results
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with BI and data viz tools like Power BI or Metabase
• Fintech, banking, payments, lending, or financial services experience is preferred
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to do real work
• Has worked with startups
