Role Overview

The Agent Operations team is responsible for ensuring that critical payroll and legal obligations processes run automatically, precisely, and reliably, even in the most challenging scenarios. The team works collaboratively, directly, and without internal bureaucracy, with autonomy and a high level of responsibility.

What You Will Do

As an Agent Operations team member, you will assume the operation of the benefits account, implanting, maintaining it running with quality, and ensuring that the benefit arrives correctly, in value and on time, for each person.

Requirements

• Solid base in Human Resources, with real experience in benefits (eligibility, adhesion, movement, conference, closure)
• Strong analytical capacity: mastery of spreadsheet, reconciliation, and conference, with agility to identify divergences
• Constructor profile: uncomfortable with manual process and willingness to find better ways to operate
• Consultative posture: ability to explain a benefits rule and propose the best path, not just execute demands
• Comfort with tools and genuine interest in AI and automation
