Regional Revenue Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Regional Revenue Marketing Manager owns the marketing contribution to revenue for a region, acting as the senior business partner to regional Sales leadership, accountable for regional pipeline coverage, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience managing and coaching marketing teams in a planning-and-orchestration model
• Senior business partnering presence – credible counterpart to a regional CCO or Sales leadership
• Strong capabilities in GTM planning, segmentation, positioning, and field activation orchestration
• Data-driven mindset- able to read and challenge pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution
• Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and escalate with discipline in a multi-BU, multi-team context
