The Role
This is a “roll-up-your-sleeves” leadership position. You won’t just manage from a desk—you will be in the field coaching reps and building a world-class “hunting” sales culture.
- Strategy: Own the end-to-end revenue engine and GTM model.
- Leadership: Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals across multiple regions.
- Tech-Forward: Drive adoption of HubSpot and ZoomInfo to create a data-driven sales organization.
- Field Presence: Spend ~30% of your time on the road with your team.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years as a CRO or VP of Sales & Marketing.
- Scaling Success: Proven track record in the $35M–$100M revenue band.
- Complex Sales: Expert in B2B consultative, relationship-driven selling.
- Mindset: A curious learner with a “1% better” mentality.
