Requirements

- 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience in the FMCG sector, including 3-5 years in a leadership role with a focus on product launches and brand positioning.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals, supported by market research and consumer insights.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a collaborative team environment and motivating team members.
