Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, articulate and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing UK-based technology business. This is a B2B outbound sales role focused on engaging estate agents and property professionals across the UK.

What You Will Do

Make approximately 60–80 outbound calls per day to estate agents and property agencies across the UK, speak with business owners, directors, branch managers and other key decision-makers, and generate interest in the product and identify estate agencies that could benefit from the solution.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound B2B sales, sales development or appointment setting ideally within the property/real estate space.
• Proven experience making cold calls and proactively generating new business opportunities.
• Experience contacting businesses and engaging with decision-makers.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, directors, managers and other senior stakeholders.
• Experience booking sales appointments, product demonstrations or discovery calls.
• Proven ability to work towards measurable sales and activity targets.
• Confident using CRM systems to manage prospect information, call activity and follow-ups.
