TalentPluto is hiring a Growth & Operations generalist to help scale the candidate side of their business. This is a cross-functional role across growth, operations, product, and customer-facing work.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, growth, recruiting, customer-facing work, startup generalist roles, or another high-ownership environment.
• Strong interest in early-stage startups, AI, marketplaces, recruiting technology, or the future of work.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when working with external stakeholders.
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to spot patterns, improve workflows, and create structure.
• Comfort using AI tools and curiosity about how technology can improve real-world workflows.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute without a detailed playbook.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
