Role Overview
The Growth Manager will own the development of a coaching system for the sales team, using AI to make the system repeatable and scalable. The role involves developing cold calling angles, coaching representatives, and building AI-supported systems. The team is growing rapidly, and the Growth Manager will help shape the approach to sales and customer onboarding.

Develop cold calling angles, coach representatives, build AI-supported systems, and join customer onboarding calls to set the outbound approach.

Requirements
- Hands-on cold calling experience
- Prior coaching or leadership exposure
- Genuine interest in AI
- Comfort operating in an intense, high-change environment
- Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week
