Business Development Responsible Director

Role Overview

Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve the company’s overall goals and objectives, increase revenue, and expand the company’s business in the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Conduct market research and analysis, develop and implement a business growth strategy, identify and develop strategic partnerships, develop and implement a budget and financial model, establish and maintain KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, finance, or fintech, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital finance
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English language
