Role Overview

This role leads enterprise financial planning and serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating operational performance into financial insight to drive profitable growth. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of corporate financial planning and analysis, and will be a strategic partner across the organization, helping to improve current business, assess new business opportunities, and lead our annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.

What You Will Do

The Director will own and manage financial planning and forecasting processes in coordination with relevant business and finance stakeholders, lead and manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the company, and develop and maintain annual and long-term models based on the evolution of business and collaboration with other departments to guide strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of accounting, financial planning, analysis, and/or forecasting experience, and a minimum of five (5) years leading the financial planning and analysis function. The candidate will also have experience directly managing a team of 2+ employees, and will be able to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for Board, C-Suite, and cross-functional audiences.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of accounting, financial planning, analysis, and/or forecasting experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years leading the financial planning and analysis function
  • Experience directly managing a team of 2+ employees
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP and financial planning applications (Anaplan experience preferred, but not required)
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a focus on building scalable, automated solutions
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Exceptional strategic communication skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments
