Talking Rain Beverage Company is seeking a Temporary Consumer Insights Manager to lead custom consumer research, define research approaches, and deliver timely, high-impact insights. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of market research experience, a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, and strong analytic skills in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of market research experience, ideally in consumer behavior and CPG.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; equivalent experience accepted.
- Master’s degree in marketing, research and/or analytics preferred.
- Strong analytic skills in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
- Statistical analysis and testing using statistical programs such as SPSS, R, or other similar program.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments.
- High attention to detail a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (as required for training, conferences, and/or research projects), occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
