FP&A Manager

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Finance professional to join their team in the Greater Knoxville area as an FP&A Manager.

What You Will Do

Lead FP&A activities, deliver monthly financial analysis, develop labor and overhead rates, manage the P&L, prepare budgets and forecasts.

5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, strong understanding of Cost Accounting and Manufacturing variances, experience with SAP or other ERP and planning systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Strong understanding of Cost Accounting and Manufacturing variances
• Experience with SAP or other ERP and planning systems
• Intermediate proficiency in AI tools to improve efficiency
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to articulate the three financial statements
• Strong attention to detail
