Asst. Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

The role is part of the Core FP&A and will support in any one or more areas of finance including financial planning and analysis, reporting and accounting. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the assigned account and business.

What You Will Do

Accrual accounting for accurate financials, review reconciliations, preparation of management reports, preparation of monthly profit and loss account and variance analysis reporting, open item clearing of General Ledger accounts, foreign exchange revaluation, preparation of audit, preparation of Balance sheet and schedules, support internal and external audits.

The role requires exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel, SAP exposure, familiarity with finance and database tools, understanding of financial and accounting principles, and understanding across finance domains.

Requirements

• CA/ICWA/MBA/Other equivalent qualification
• 0-2 years experience in Finance
• Exceptional knowledge of Advanced Excel
• SAP exposure required
• Familiarity with finance and various database tools like SQL, PowerBI, power platform
• Understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Understanding across finance domains (taxation, treasury etc)
