Role Overview

The Marketing and Communications Associate is a strategic position responsible for conceiving and executing marketing and communications campaigns, collateral, media, events, digital, and research for Tatu City and Rendeavour.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include conceiving and executing strategies, generating and analyzing media leads, projecting brands and messaging, supporting sales campaigns, and managing branding materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in data-driven consumer marketing, communications, and branding, with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from a reputable university
• At least 10 years’ experience in data-driven consumer marketing, communications, and branding or closely related roles
• Detailed research, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong ability in editorial skills, planning, branding, design, and digital communications
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing/communication processes and the local Kenyan media
• Strong writing, media relations, and influence management skills
