Role Overview
TaxGPT is revolutionizing the tax and accounting space with AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a Finance & Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and rhythm behind TaxGPT’s revenue engine.
What You Will Do
You will own revenue operations and financial reporting end to end, working daily with sales leadership and partnering closely with our CEO and CRO. You will take ownership of our internal systems, establish a forecasting and reporting cadence, and build the funnel and revenue reporting that shows us where deals accelerate, where they slow, and what drives wins.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or GTM Engineering at B2B SaaS companies
- Expert-level HubSpot and Stripe skills
- Demonstrated success using AI tools and models to multiply a team’s output
- Working knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition fundamentals
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
