Inside Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned district. They staff and direct a sales team, provide leadership, and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Associates.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Manager will coach, lead, and support the existing inside team, develop short-term incentive programs, and create an optimal inside sales schedule. They will also own and manage the Non-Stocked Item (NSI) Process, including approving or denying NSI requests and communicating with sales reps.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Food Service sales management, local residency to the defined geographic area, and extensive experience in Relationship Management. They will also have a strong understanding of Food Service customers and market dynamics and requirements.
